After you fill up this  Contact Form, your data shall be recorded/processed in Kordsa Teknik Tekstil A.Ş. (“Kordsa/the Company”) system. This form is issued to respond your application you shall forward to the Company within the scope of any opinion, suggestion and your requests regarding this accurately, clearly and within legal period. Kordsa processes personal data on name, surname, phone, electronic mail of relevant persons who wish to contact it within the relevant process. Your personal data processed by Kordsa are shared with the departments and units authorized to evaluate the application at the Company but not shared with any other third person or company provided that this personal data is limited with the processing period. Your abovementioned personal data are automatically processed via electronic media based on the legal grounds stated in Article 5 of the Law; “provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of an agreement, processing personal data of the parties to the agreement is necessary and data processing is obligatory for establishing, using or protecting a right and provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person, data processing is obligatory for legitimate interests of the data controller”. For your personal data you have shared with us, you may use your rights stated in Article 11 of the Law as; to learn whether your personal data is processed or not, if your personal data is processed, to request information relevant to this, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used for the intended purpose, to know the third parties your personal data are transmitted to both within the country and abroad, to request correction in case your personal data are processed incomplete or incorrectly, to request deletion or disposal of your personal data in case the processing reasons disappear, to request third parties to whom your personal data are transmitted to be informed if your personal data are corrected, deleted or disposed, to object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems and to request compensation of the damage you suffer due to the unlawful processing of your personal data. The 11^th Article “Rights of the Relevant Person” of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data regulates your requests relevant to the rights provided to you by the Law.
